Sealtek Premium Package

SEALCOATING:

  • Clear sod and grass from all edges of pavement area.
  • Clean pavement area with wire brooms and power blowers.
  • Pre-treat oil/gas/transmission fluid spots with SealMaster Petro Seal concentrated spot primer.
  • Application of SealMaster CrackMaster hot crack filler where needed.
  • Two coats of SealMaster MasterSeal asphalt sealer applied by spray system to pavement area.
  • 3rd coat of SealMaster MasterSeal  asphalt sealer applied by spray system to all high traffic lanes of pavement area.

LINE STRIPING:

  • Custom parking lot layout individually designed to meet the line striping requirements of each customer. Sealtek follows all federal and state guidelines.
